The Laureate Group, which owns and manages eight senior living communities in Milwaukee and Waukesha counties, needed a new website that would powerfully convey why each community is a great place for independent living and assisted living. Through a messaging process with the Laureate Group team, PKI Digital Marketing developed the overriding message for the corporation and for what makes each of its communities unique. With that messaging, PKI Digital Marketing created a website that had unique sections for each community, while also providing overall information that positions the Laureate Group as a go-to source for information on senior living. Dielectric Corp. had grown significantly in its 50+ years in business, but the owners did not believe their existing brand was accurately telling the story of the company’s capabilities and expertise in both plastic and metal parts and components, and its expert knowledge of materials used to make those parts. The company engaged PKI Digital Marketing which, through a strategic planning process, uncovered the company’s knowledge assets. A new brand was then created, with that brand then providing the foundation for a new website, sales materials, and upgraded social media presences. PKI is also providing public relations for the company, with press releases on the company’s new brand, on changes in its management team, and on its plans for a new headquarters and main plant. The company news was distributed via email newsletters created by PKI, via press release distribution services to targeted audiences, directly to key media, and via social media. Flores Automation and Flores Automation & Machine Control
Flores Automation, which provides industrial automatic products and services, was looking for new websites to better position its expertise in automation and robotics, and in 3D stringless paving products and services. PKI Digital Marketing worked with the company leadership and its marketing department to plan the new websites, which would be mobile-phone friendly and fully optimized for search engines. Upon determination of the content needs and page requirements, the PKI team designed complementary sites – one for Flores Automation and the other for Flores Automation and Machine Control. PKI worked closely with the Flores marketing manager to develop optimized content, including images that were edited to ensure fast loading time for website pages. PKI Digital Marketing managed the brand development, digital marketing and product launch of EVERWhite’s newest product – the MOBILEGuard Ballistic Panel System. The EVERWhite team desired an aggressive launch that had to quickly develop from conception to final product in a matter of a few months. PKI Digital managed the launch, helping to develop the product, design and launch the brand, managed the national introduction at a Florida national school security conference, supported the launch with a wide variety of digital initiatives and directed the e-public relations effort. The launch strategy included creation of digital and print marketing materials, including a brochure and video; trade show planning, booth display creation, and on-site assistance during the trade show, a search engine-optimized MOBILEGuard section on the EVERWhite website, and product launch public relations. Steele Solutions has grown to become the nation’s leading designer and manufacturer of steel mezzanines for the material handling industry, and other steel structures for support of and access to industrial equipment. The company wanted a new website that would boldly project its industry leadership. PKI Digital Marketing developed a site with large, impressive images showing Steele Solutions’ capabilities in numerous market sectors. The site was set up for optimal search engine visibility, with ongoing SEO work helping to position it on Page 1 for desired industry search terms. In 2018 EVERWhite needed their website updated to leverage very high mobile sessions it was experiencing and a new security product line it launched. The design and navigation needed to feature usability on mobile devices along with maintaining a desktop view featuring easy menus with limited clicks to the product pages. Additionally, EVERWhite has aggressively expanded its product line with MOBILEGuard which provides shelter-in-place security for schools and other public places. EVERWhite desired a new aggressive business direction and a more sophisticated e-commerce website which PKI Digital supported and delivered on. IA Management LLC is a new company offering full-service commercial and residential property management in Madison, Wis., and its surrounding area. The company approached PKI Digital Marketing to develop a website that would promote its properties. The website details the amenities of each property as well as rent and leasing information. Food processing equipment manufacturer Hughes Equipment Company needed to more powerfully position its expertise in food processing systems for the Fresh Market – an expanding sector. PKI Digital Marketing provided strategic market research into the sector, and then planning for strategies to position Hughes Equipment as a market leader.
